Viscose is one of the oldest fibers found in the 19th century. This is the most natural of all synthetic yarns. It manages to unite some irreconcilable properties due to its composition. Viscose is produced from cellulose, which in its essence is a natural product.The positive qualities are: good air permeability, does not absorb moisture, nice shine, pleasant to the touch and easily colored in different shades. Ideal for people with sensitive skin.But not everything is as perfect as it seems. Viscose attracts eyes with its brilliance and beauty, but finished article shows capricious nature. In the process of wear articles of 100% viscose can increase its size by about 20%. It is therefore advisable to knit a sample wet it well, stretch and flatten the piece to see how much it increased in length. The article should be knit with the idea that it can be lengthened under its weight.
