Used for domestic martenitsas. This felting wool roving is made from natural untreated wool. The pre-yarn is fragile but can be used for knitting with two strands. The wool is completely untreated and all its good qualities are preserved, including the lanolin. Lanolin's waterproof quality makes this pre-yarn popular for making nappy and mattress covers. It can also be felted in the washing machine.
